Stephen Scott Root, AKA Steve-O, Stevie, Buddy, Bubby, or the Crown Prince of Waterford was born on December 7, 1995.  Ever since then, this kid has not stopped growing.  This year he started in kindergarten and man was he excited.  Stephen likes to play baseball, cars, legos, soccer, and football.  He also has started to cruise the neighborhood on his two wheeler.  He uses his new found mobility to help in his favorite past-time, skirt chasing.  Boy, does Steve-O love the ladies!!!  For Halloween this year, Stephen went as a Knight in Shining Armor, though many of us thought it wasn't enough of a stretch for him!  Don't be hitting on his sister though, he is a typical older brother and likely to do damage to any suitors (He really loves his sister)!!!  So far he has lost 4 teeth (netting him $4 pre taxes) and he has instructed the tooth fairy to use his teeth in the production of maracas.  Stephen also loves dinosaurs...in fact, that's one of his career choices.  He plans on growing up to be a paleontologists/architect.  Now, to be honest, I am not sure if this means that he wants to build buildings out of dinosaur bones, or build dinosaurs out of buildings.  Either way I'm sure it will be a very specialized niche for him to be in.  He has begun reading and loves his computer games and PS2!!

Another big thing to happen is that Grandma Scott and Uncle Greg took Steve-O to the beach in Ocean City!  Man this kid is a natural surfer, complete with tattoos!!!  No fear!!  when it comes to the big blue ocean.  He had a great time swimming, building sand castles, surfing, playing football, walking Monte Christo, and going to the boardwalk.  We had a ball going on the rides, and eating ice cream and Dutch funnel cakes!!!  Another cool thing he did this past summer is when he went down to Atlanta.  While he was there, he drove a boat on Lake Hartwell and went swimming and diving off the side.  He did so good that when his dad and Greg buy one, he will be allowed to drive it (with appropriate adult supervision).

All in all, this is one great kid!!!!!!!
